watch right as the clock hits 57 seconds remaining in round 12, lennox lewis starts screaming and acting excited, like never before, i didnt realize this wehen i first saw it cuz i was in shock but he steals lampleys call, he shouts over lampley "AND THATS IT, ITS OVER, IT IS OVAH!!!!" and lampley can barley be heard trying to make the call in the background :D :D :D
LMAO!!!! I have seen Lennox commentate at few few different things and on a few talk shows....He almost seems shy but when he relaxes he isn't that bad.....DAMN I WISH I COULD HAVE SAW THAT...
yea it was quite funny and very uncharacterstic of him, Myabe he was just very happy to see Rahman get TKO'ed for obvious reasons :)
I prefer this version of lennox lewis rather than the one who you had to provoke to get a reaction
No doubt Lewis loved seeing Rahman lose.
The best part of Lennox's commentary was when he said, 'I agree with you Harry!'/
Poor Merchent said, it' It's Larry lennox!'
Another thing, remember the Forrest-Quartey fight? In that fight Lampley went on and ask Larry's take and Merchant said "I'm just trying to watch the fight, Jim." Afterwards, swear to God there was about a 40 second SILENCE. I always turn the sound off when I'm watching a fight on the comp for the first time so I didn't catch it until I rewatched. That was hillarious, can't beleive there weren't any post about that.
