Apparently the undercard to Barrera-Juarez 2. Definitely looking forward to that card now, both fights are very interesting.
I guess I could see Barrios wearing Guzman down, who's untested at the weight, but I think Guzman might just be too quick and outbox him. Decision for Guzman but the late rounds should be interesting.
Guzman is going to win. Barrios is one dimensional and Guzman isn't. We don't know how Joan takes a punch but we know Barrios can.

I will say Barrios will out will Guzman but Guzman will probably get a gift decision.
I'm not a huge fan of either but Guzman has a nice style,whilst Barrios is like a monster! I don't know if Guzman has fought anyone like bARRIOS and I don't know if his chin is good so I'm going for a late Barrios stoppage. Should be a good fight though on a great card!
The winner should challenge the Pacman! Barrios by late TKO :o

"When Guzman is doing sit-ups, push-ups, hitting the bag or sparring, the thing is right there in front of him. He definitely knows who he's training for." Nunez also stated, "We started with a new strength and conditioning coach for this fight, and Guzman is eating five times a day, looking really cut and hitting with a lot of power. He's way ahead of schedule. We'd be ready to fight this weekend if we had to."

Awesome, love this fight, and even better the overall card should be great with Barrera-Juarez 2
Oh and Jhonny Gonzalez-Israel Vasquez is on the undercard too

For whatever reason I dont think this fight will happen . Guzmnan will find an excuse and Barrios will end up knocking out another bum on the Barrera undercard instead
Whilst I think that Guzman is very classy , I prefered him as the mini Tyson rather than the stylist he has now become . More intent on looking good than getting down to business . I dont question his heart but theres gota be some reason why he hasnt had any big fights up until now . I also dont appreciate his discipline ( choosing to weigh in at whatever he wants on more than 1 occassion ) and even if he does turn up for the fight I dont think he'l weigh in correctly . The fights prolly too good to be true but if im being an optimist and it ddoes go ahead I think Barrios may stuggle to find his range and it goes 12 rounds
I want Vazquez to beat Gonzalez and that should set up a bout with my boy Rafa Marquez next year sometime!!
This is the THE card of the year so far, surprised more people aren't excited, oh well I guess there too busy talking about Floyd
