Tips For My lil Bro.

hey all i was Workin on the Heavy bag with my lil brother.i noticed he aint used to punching.its pittyful it looks like the Heavy bag is Owning him ??? .i want him to be undercontrol with the bag and hit it every which way.its only a 80 lb bag so shouldn't be tough on him.i tought him some combos and footwork(the basics really) and i want to teach how to have control on the heavy bag and in a real fight. whats the best way to teach this?? -thanks everyone have a nice day.

sorry.... the best answer is join a gym and work with a trainer. cuz imo, he'd be better served learning the basics working with a trainer on the mits. then you apply what the trainer shows you to the bag.
