Power Punch Guide by ToughenUp.com

Has anyone reading this purchase this guide, it sounts intriguing to me, but learned that when something sounds too good to be true it probably is. I have purchased many boxing books on Punches, technique and training etc. and find them to be fairly repetitive. Don't want to buy another one to get what I already have.

also, nothnig beats working with a trainer.
