I have been thinking about getting into boxing just lately but i have not got a clew what to expect or what i am expected to no on my first day ime only 18 but would like to get into this sort of thing but dont want to make a fool of myself when i get there... Could someone tell me what or how is the best way to train before joining a club and whats expected of me ? Thankyou

Good for you. Anyways you shouldn't be worried about being foolish, you're new, they'll understand and they'll show you the ropes.
Just check a directory for a boxing gym in your area. Just call their number up and ask what ever you need to know.
