do this everyday
1- do weights(morning)
2- come home from weights do 6 rounds on punch bag
3- do another 6 rounds,pushups,situps, 30/60 mins cross trainer (evening)
just got a speedball struggling to put it up as its all hollow walls (chip board) in bedroom
was thinking of glueing a big peice of wood on wall so that screws got something to hold on 2
weights 5 days a week
bicep/forearm/legs 2 or 3times
tricep/chest/back/sholder 2 or 3 times
hows this regime?

What does the wood have to hold on to? if it's a partition wall, find the lats, if it's a plastered brick wall just bolt the platform onto it.
Just make sure there is no cavity behind it and that the platform has something to bite into.
at least 1 and a half inches

were i got to put my speedball theres nothing behind the wall 1/2 thickness of shitty wood wall
i was going to glue a think piece of would on to the wall then attach the bracket to the wood and

if there's nothing supporting that block or wood then you are wasting your time. ;) find the lats and fix the board onto there.

no, those beams are behind the wall, they should definetly be some near the corner, bang the wall with your palm and listen for a solid noise and you found one.

there has to be beems in that little bit of wall some where, probably right at the edges.
If it is too wide for your platform get a 2 inch think peice of wood (or just two think planks) the length of the wall and long enough to fit the brackets onto.
Fix them onto the wall deep into the lats and then the speed ball platform can go any where on the wood :)

thats kinda what i was going to do adam glue the think wood onto the wall then drill the holes/screws into it thats for the help m8 and the fast reply
