I was going to say that George Foreman's nutrition article recommends eating two Oscar de la Hoyas a day, but your Avocado one makes my feeble Audley-esque attempt at humour pale into nothingness, much like Danny Williams' career.
cc!
Re: Great De La Hoya Nutrition Article to read
I just read the article again, and he does not eat. at all!!! his diet may be 2000 calories at most! explain
Re: Great De La Hoya Nutrition Article to read
Its more than that, Advocado, nuts are high in calories, its a good balanced food intake thats the secret. With the apple vineger breaking down the fat, qiute a good amount of protein there too.

as a light middle weight he has to keep the fat off, so he isn't going to go crazy on the calories too start off with. what is good about the diet is that it probably maintains his muscle mass and supplys him with usefull energy sources from carbs but (and this is the tricky part... ;)) he isn't storing a lot of fat but also his diet is looking after his joints... cartilage is mostly fat based... ;)
