man i duno if thats an excuse i remember when i wasnt training alot and me and my man josh would spar in my mate sams back garden using my gloves which were a sparring glove on one hand and a lonsdale bag mite on the other and my mate josh always ended up with the bag mitt on his right hand and we would proper tear eachother up..... not to mention the grass by the time we'd finished about 6 rounds strait the lawn looked like shit and we were bruised and battered.... thats why i didnt sparr at that often cos i'd be bruised and broken!! :P ;)
