In club sparring saturday
Hi, on saturday there are some lads coming down from nottingham to do some in club sparring (like a competition without the crowd). I have been getting fit etc. but i want to get down to about 66-67. at the moment i am 69-70. How can i lose weight for saturday in this amount of time, is it possible. Thanks ;D

a sweat suit should get you there easily.

do you absolutely have to be at that weight or is it just that you would like to be?
i wouldnt bother if i didnt need to i dont feel it would make that much difference....
but if your set on it stick on a sweat suit or really wrap up warm and train hard sweat the weight off only problem bieng is that your body wil be dehydrated!

hove boxing club ;D cheers for that lads. i want to go running wen im not at the club as well so will wearing lots of layers of clothing with my hood up be ok? and how long shall i run for, i run at a wuick pace. thanks

Its in gym sparring? Your weight doesn't matter then.
We just sparred another club and rather than sparring the other fighters who where about 10kg lighter than me, my coach put me in with a Super heavy who was 10kg heavier than me... ;)
Theres no sanctioning or anything, if you give up weight or have a weight advantage then thats thats, you're learning from each other... there is no winner as such so no one has to worry about a weight advantage.
Just aslong as it's safe.

In this one there is we are matched up with weight as close as can be and i wanted to be the right weight, my fighting weight. There is no weight i need to get to but i wanted to get ready at fighting at this weight so when i am in a real bout i will be used to it. Cheers
