Help, Im Confuse
Hi guyz, Its a long time that i do fitness boxing but now im counfuse ho to add wieght training in my workouts Im training at home n i hv never been to gym I learn boxing frm watching boxing movies n off course the internet n im quiet good in it.
This is wat im doing now,
Warm up
Shadow boxing
Punching bag
Push ups
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Now ho shod i add weight training shod i add at the end of it or at the start of it, or if i do this on monday i shod only do weight Training the next day ::**.

You need to drop some stretching into that too.
warm up, stretch, blah blah blah ,warm down, shake out etc, light stretch.

hillo, i two lern boxing on internet and am now queit good aswell.
I allus start with shadow boxing to get warmed up and then fitness work like you.
I think it is excellint way to learn boxing by watching boxing movies like Rocky IV because is very much like real life. You should go pro strait away becasue if you are not going to a gym then amature style will not fit you.
Boxing is about strength anyway, and you can start against low ranked boxers. They cannot be good boxers becasue they will be low ranked and will not have properly lerned sport off internet and watching movies.
