Pacquiao turns down Kobe Bryant TV Shoot

According to a report out by The Philippine Star, on Monday in Los Angeles, Manny Pacquiao turned down a Global TV commercial featuring Basketball star, Kobe Bryant. Turning down the shoot with NBA's Kobe Bryant sets the fact that Pacquiao is deep in training for Erik Morales, and not even the best distractions at this time are standing in his way.
The Philippine Star further reported that a Pacquiao Team insider said Nike is filming an advertisement on its high-profile stars. The list includies Bryant, LeBron James, Maria Sharapova, Rafael Nadal, Tiger Woods and South Korean soccer
star Park Ji Sung of Manchester United, and of course Manny Pacquiao. A lunch date that had been set up to introduce the Los Angeles Lakers star to Pacquiao was cancelled.
"Manny knows what’s at stake in the fight so he’s making sure his focus is 100 percent in the gym," said the insider. "He’s now in deep training for Morales and that’s why he had to beg off from the shoot."

He didn't diss Kobe Bryant. He just turned down the offer because he is so deep in training. How did Manny "diss" Kobe. Kobe isn't the reason he didnt do the commercial, training is.

that would be sick tho man having PACMAN knocking motherFuckkaazzz out in a NIKE spot with KOBE???? that would bring mad love to the sport of boxing yo cuz its been a MIN since a boxing star got pumped by NIKE. the problem is all the big commercials tend to shoot right before Pac's next big fight? whats with that? why cant they shoot commercials for once when Pac aint doing ishhh and its taking 6months off or something? ahahha

What? Like the Anything you could do I can do better thing that Jordan and Mia would do?  Pacquiao on the court ;D  And then Kobe in the ring. but Kobe has boxed before so he's not compl,etely unschooled(even if he does it for cardio and not competitively)

I used to love nike, until their shoe BROKE on me. Yeah, it broke. Now I stick to adidas and others.
Pacquiao's popularity is so big, now that be beat up an all ready "beaten up Morales."
And I would agree, if Pac didn't train this hard, he'd lose. Damn Pac only gets up for SuperFights.
I really don't like how the most talented fighter today only trains hard for Huge Fights
and looks human when he fights Larios or on the Morales-Raheem undercard. Whadevah, it'll eat
him inside out in the future.

haahha not in to soccer huh? hahaha naw i prefer all american football to the other kind of football. let me tell u a quick story about AI. one time i took this dime piece to a vegas trip. she was a huge fan of AI so i bought her AI jersey and was going to surprise her in the hotel room right. but somewhere along the night she pissed the hell out of me and i ended up kickin her out of my room and she ended up staying in her girlfriends room and going back with her. so i gave the AI jersey to this go-go dancer i hooked up with from the MGM grand and she "thanked" me back in my hotel room that night for it. hahahaha :-*
