i dont like normal white milk. if i drink it, it takes me ages to finish it cos i dont like the taste of it.
if i drink yazoo milkshake, am i still getting the same nutrients as the original?

Yer pretty much. I think theyre made with semi skimmed milk but still milk. You get a little sugar with it too, but id say milk is too much of a great nourishment to miss out on.Quote:

How can you not like the taste of Milk... Killer cows or something... wonder if American Milk tastes different to English milk... :P
our milk is wonderful, thank you very much. most of my family were or still are dairy farmers ;D

The best way to get natural colliodal style clcium into your system is this:
Fill a wide open mouthed jar with fresh lemon juice and pop in three eggs for about 24 to 48 hours depending on air temp.
the egg shell is taken up by the juice and goes soft. Still use the eggs afterwards.
Or just chuck cracked used shells into lemon juice (same thing I suppose).
