I stay away from dairy when preparing for a match ., For me Milk products make me feel bloated. and also cause phlegm and stuffiness. I use water or juice with my shake.. just my opinion . Everything else looks fine.. eat lean meats veggies and add pasta to your diet . its very important to Carb load before your match . The high intensity of boxing requires more carbohydrates. When you reach 75% of VO2 Max (75% of your maximum oxygen uptake) carbohydrate replaces fat as the bodys major fuel source .
If you don’t have enough carbohydrate in your system, you drastically reduce your speed, stamina and recovery time. Hope this helps ! Good luck mate ! O0
Re: Supplements list question
pseudoephedrine....do you have a problem with your airways? How old are you? If your young and fit then these could just be a waste of money.
Id suggest taking cod liver oil aswell, i dont know much about triflex but CLO helps joints plus a million and one other things.

i'm 18, i have no problems with my airways, someone just suggested i could take pseudoephedrine before running because it would really open up my lungs, you're right i don't need that though i was just curious if anyone else knew about it
and yeah i also found out triflex is pretty worthless
i also forgot to mention fish oil, sounds like it's one of the most healthy things you can take so i'm going to definitely buy some of that
Re: Supplements list question
pseudoephirine, can raise blood pressure to a dangerous level... watch this as you may already be red lining your heart on particular hard cardio days. i'd say drop it and try tabaata protocol for cardio boost 1-2 times a week.also pseud eph is a stimulant and well that may go against some purist rules for legal enhancements...
Re: Supplements list question
I like anabolic steroids. Good for the heart.
