WHO WAS THE BEST CHAMP EVER?

im asking in your opinion who was the champ who fought the best contenders,never ducked anyone,
and accomplished all he possibly could in his career?

even though i dont like him i have to think of ray leonard. he fought the best of the best in multiple weight divisions. he took the biggest risks and the biggest fights he could throughout his career.

Agreed. SRL or Sugar Ray Robinson or Ali.

It's a toss up between those three...if you back up & get into the Golden Age fighters like Ketchel & Louis & Sullivan...it get's harder to pick.

Your out of your fuckin mind. Leonard avoided Aaron Pryor and Michael Nunn. He refused to fight Hagler until he felt Hagler was slipping. After a gift win, he refused to give him a rematch. He also didn't rematch Hearns until he felt that Hearns was shot. Ricardo Lopez is the best champion ever. No matter what weight.

i concur. Mr. Ruiz is the best champ ever. His sportsmanlike style and how he kept fans on the edge of their seats will be remembered for eternity. Why is this even a question?? Rhetorical??

to be honest there is no best champion everyone has the own favourites ali robinson ect were great champions but i dont really like choosing 1 best champ because there all great in there own way

Joe Louis - undisputed world heavyweight champion, ferocious and feared fighter, thrilling style, never ever even thought about ducking anyone (he cleaned out the division), a social role model, reasonably scandal-free, 25 successful title defences.

The best champ ever - possibly in any sport?
