Perez has been having trouble making 115 for awhile already. His inactivity does not help. I think he's a very good fighter and I have no idea why doesn't get showcase more. Him losing the title on the scales won't help that matter.
Thats just toooooo bad for Perez, but then again he can now move up and challenge at Bantam....
