Aight well I just got my first heavy bag about 2 weeks ago. I started out kinda going easy on it, but the last 3 days I really started u know hitting it hard in like really tiring 5 minute sets. I just noticed that in between my pinky knuckle and the 4th finger knuckle on both my hands that it looks like I broke a blood vessel today and yesterday. Thats what my old man said, and it looks that way. It don't hurt or nothing, but just wasn't sure if it meant i was maybe hitting to hard with the outside of my hand, or maybe I need to wear more padding.
Right now I wrap my hands, and use like the kinda thin leather gloves that come with the Everlast bag when I bought it, they don't have a weight listed on them.
