Does anyone else find it ironic that James Toney was calling Booker "fat boy"? Nowadays the best way that Toney could damage a limo is to sit in the back seat and jump up and down.
Rydell was talking a good game afterwards, and spoke a lot of sense, and quite eruditely for a heavyweight boxer, but pity he couldn't bring those skills to the ring. Toney did look in good shape though, compared to the Toney who's shown up more recently.
That james toney would be undisputed heavyweight champ right now.

C) I dont see how he represents boxing bad. Boxing is already in a bad light due to the nature of the sport, how the business is being run, the number of boxing organizations that lay claim to the title, and the criminal element involved. I think Toney puts on a show and makes it entertaining. I think his antics are funny personally.
I'd rather see a fighter with charisma that atleast gives people something to see other than a monotone valuev that just sits there and mutters the occasional one word response

HE injured himself. And Toney said the reason was because he was doing too much too soon so he would slow it down.
So he slowed it WAY down.
you see i don't like some off the things toney says, but he's a great boxer his skills are top class, he's mr elusive but not a runner like roy jones thats why i like toney because even as a fat bloke he still has skills to admire
