My friend used to be pretty skinny, his parents didnt like it, and now he has put on some weight, he wants to get it off again but not to such a extreme. His parents are pretty strict and dont want him losing weight, but he really wants to. They say if he is going to be losing weight, they think it is for boxing they could stop him from going there! They like the size he is now but he doesnt really, any suggestions?

that's what i said, but what if he walks around with his top off, im sure they will notice the change in size and go weird about it
theres loosing weight and being skinny. If he really is doing boxing, skinny is the last thing he wants to be. I'm skinny and no one takes me seriously at the gym and no one there gives me the time of day because of it, so i wouldn't loose to much weight if i was him.
Tell his parents to stop being such F***ing control freaks and let him get on with it.
