Sparing nerves cured

:) just like to thank everyone for there info when i got anxiety when it was time to spar.
I went last Saturday and it was a whole day dedicated to nothing but sparing and I was totally fine after first of about 1000 rounds, even though I'm bruised a bit and aching all over ;D.

All it took was to throw myself head first back into it, finally I look forward and excited when its time to go to the gym again.

I'm going to a Thai training camp for 3 weeks this December to train aswell so that should be even better.

thanks, Ive got something now i never had before, i can think, focus and balance, I'm even picking my shots really good, it weird man, dunno what Ive found that i didn't have before but Ive definitely found something.

Its called confidence with it we become more aware of our ability, but dont get overconfident do the simple things correct
