I was just browsing boxrec and found this guy

Listen to this on his last fight

"Matumla stopped Zvenyika in the first round, but the fight had never been sanctioned by the Tanzanian Professional Boxing Commission. Zvenyika was also not cleared to fight abroad by Zimbabwean boxing officials as he had suffered a stroke while in prison and had not been deemed medically fit to fight again. After this fight he was forced to retire."
