ok i havent posted in this forum in a ver very very long time anyway
after christmas im guna start to train serious i was just wondering what sort of things could i do outside the gym and should i work on strenght more then speed or speed more then strenght or technique or whatever?????.
theres certain routines i follow outside the gym, but first of all, do you plan to go to a gym anytime?
ill eventually join a boxing gym when my mom lets me but until then is there naytung i can do to work on stuff?.
