Smoke & your Fired ? what the fuck ?

I am not a cigarette smoker, I do enjoy a cigar from time to time, and the occasional happy smoke. I have read that several employers are firing people that smoke on their own time. Can you believe that shit ? People are losing their rights to privacy every fucking day. . I say a person can do whatever the fuck he or she wants on their own time. Jesus , me read this shit with cock in hand , and a joint, just to wind down. Glad I don't work for anyone Jesus ! LMFAO O0 ;)

Lots of American companies make it a condition of employment that their employees don't smoke in their own time. They refuse to hire smokers.

It's to do with health insurance costs.

Ramadam (Muslim religious month) is around now and what gives them the right to prey 10 times a day while the company pays for their time not in work! We worked it out and he was getting around 2 hours "paid prayer" a day plus his lunch breaks and tea breaks!
Actually put it on him at our place 2 years ago when he questioned me for having a swift ciggie.

Ramadan has nothing to do with praying ten times a day. Muslims have to pray 4 or 5 times a day, it takes about 15 minutes and not all these times are during working hours.

Ramadan means they do not smoke, eat or drink during daylight hours. So they don't need any breaks, like lunch.
