Just seen the listings for a new tv show on ITV now.
Not watching it but its called Extinct
New series. Trevor McDonald and Zoe Ball give viewers the chance to vote for the endangered species they want to help save from extinction, with celebrity guests lending their weight to the campaign.

So now the ITV have got power to save animals from extinction have they? But only the one that gets the public vote? :-\
This sounds like the most presumptious piece of shitty reality television so far.
Lets make some easy cash by getting the muppets in the UK to all vote for the animal they want to save. Then after we've made another nice stash of cash we can donate 10% of it to the animal charity they voted most for, great idea, plus we look all kind and benevolent.
