Can the younger brothers fight?
I just noticed a lot of today\'s boxing stars have young brothers who also fight. I was wondering if anybody knew if any of these have star potential like there brothers.
Francisco Arce 23-3-1, 14 ko\'s (Jorge Acre)
Matthew Hatton 29-3-1, 11 ko\'s (Ricky Hatton)
Jose Cotto 28-1, 20 ko\'s (Miguel Cotto)
Ricardo Castillo 27-3, 17 ko\'s (Jose Luis Castillo)
Jose Diaz 12-0, 3 ko\'s (Juan Diaz)
Josiah Judah 7-0-1, 1 ko\'s (Zab Judah)
Re: Can the younger brothers fight?
I think the best out of all the younger brother's is Erik Morales younger brother. Diego Morales. He's 36-2 with 26 ko's. One of his losses was avenged and the other one was by DQ in a fight in which he dropped his opponent 4 times.

Pac-Man little bro Bobby is pretty good.

Yeah he is. He may not be a world beater but he's still decent.
Re: Can the younger brothers fight?
I've only seen one from the list, Cotto (I thought he was the older brother?) and he could bang. His fight with Diaz was very entertaining.

I thought Bobby was the older of the two. I'm not 100% on this but believe I heard it sometime, somewhere, in the last year.

According to Boxrec he's a year younger. Yet I heard he was the older to.

I'll go with decent. Even though I think that's stretching it. A robbery win over Carlos Hernandez, a "I surrender win" over Carlos Navarro and a win over shot Kevin Kelly don't really impress me much.
Re: Can the younger brothers fight?
Yeah the Hernandez fight was robbery. 3 rounds he won with a knockdown and then got shutdown, rounds 4-10 were clearly Hernandez. The Kelley fight was pretty good though.
Re: Can the younger brothers fight?
I've heard that Castillo's little brother is allright but I haven't seen him fight.
Cotto's little brother is solid enough, he gave Juan Diaz a decent fight until the later rounds.
Apparently Hatton's little brother is pretty limited.
What's the name of the other Judah? The one that got a gift draw against Glen Johnson on ESPN 2? Is it Daniel? Either way he's very very mediocre.

Leon Spinks' little brother was pretty good?

Decent but IMO nothing special I saw him when he got TKO'd by jab that Segura threw at him... :(

I personally have always said I just don't see a fire/desire of the sport and or a sort of hunger when hes in the ring. To me it's almost as if its just a regular job or something....

Above decent, hes fought some good competion. In his last fight he looked out of it he was pushed around the ring he has little spurs here and there where he fought well but fell short. It was an Eliminator bout.
