upperback/traps/spine problem
when i bend my head down or look down or anything my spine stick out under my neck and its really visible, its not the whole spine thats visible only on the top, it looks like 3 or 4 balls are sticking out of my neck, i think if i work my upper back/traps i can hide it, what do you think?

Re: upperback/traps/spine problem
Yes I thought that at first but it will not hurt and youll be the first
Re: upperback/traps/spine problem
Nothing to worry about I have the same thing!!! Yes if u build ur upper back and traps it will be less noticable. Mine used to stick way out but then I started getting bigger through training and it sticks out less! "The muscle will help hide it"

Re: upperback/traps/spine problem
Relentless, it sounds like you've either hyperextended your superior vena cava or torn a labia minora. See a psychiatrist immediately!

The labia minora (nymphae) are two small cutaneous folds, situated between the labia majora, and extending from the clitoris obliquely downward, lateralward, and backward for about 4 cm. on either side of the vulval vestibule, between which and the labia majora they end; in the virgin the posterior ends of the labia minora are usually joined across the middle line by a fold of skin, named the frenulum of the labia or fourchette.
