i like to workout slightly before i go to sleep and i was wondering what can i do to imporve my Footwork Inside? cant skip before i go to sleep because its kinda cluthery in my house, and full of stuff so,i was wondering whats some simple activites before i go to sleep to do to improve footwork?

Some footwork drills. Moving left, moving right, moving forward moving back etc.

can you do jumping jacks or plyometrics? hop over a middle part and touch your front foot as you go over.
