This is how I see it , comments please ;)
Heavyweight-- Wlad ( wins over Byrd + Brock)
runner up -- Valuev ( dominated Beck and Barrett and became known to american public)

Cruiserweight- Oniel Bell (became world recognized champ after beating McMormack)
runner up -- Wlodarczyk ( became IBF champ and has two other wins this year)

Lightheavy -- Hopkins ( became ring magazine champ)
runner up - Tomasz Adamek ( just watch his 2nd fight with Briggs)

Supermiddle-- Calzaghe -- (universely recognized champ + p4p ranking)
runner up - Kessler ( 2 dominating performances against good opp)

Middle -- Wright -- ( I thought he beat Taylor and later beat Quartey)
runner up -- Taylor ( put on 2 good performances and retained his titles)

Light Middle - Shane Mosley ( destroyed Vargas twice)
runner up -- DLH ( demolished Mayorga)

Welterweight -- Cotto ( two ko's in light welter and koed Quintana at welter)
runner up - PBF -- ( still P4p champ with shows of dominance)

Light welter - Juan Urango ( well he bacame IBF champ )
runner up -- D-Hop ( 3 good wins)

Lightweight- Juan Diaz -- ( won Wba championship with 3 dominating wins)
runner up -- Casamoyer ( beat Corrales, pearson and a nobody )

Super Feather- Pacman ( no explanation needed ;)
runner up -- Guzman ( would have been Barrera but his first fight with Juarez imo was a draw)

Feather- Chris John -- ( clearly beat Jmm)
runner up JMM ( lost one to CJ but made two great comeback fights)

Super Bantam-- Vasquez
runner up-- De Leon (KO machine)

Bantam- Hozumi Hasegawa ( won Wbc title and has 3 wins against good opposition)
runner up - R. Marquez ( did not fight enough altough he is seen as the best)

Super Fly -- Arce ( destroyed all he faced)
runner up -- Nobuo Nashiro ( won title with 2 wins over good opp.)

Flyweight-- Darchinyan --(3 good wins)
runner up -- Wonjongkam ( 4 wins and has lost a fight since umm like 1996)
