I believe the answer is Roy Jones and PBF PPV fights are sparring sessions. Hopkins and Winky wright are defensive fighters and one doesn't like coughing up $50 for watching defensive artistry unless its against another popular fighter. The main point that Tarver is overlooking is that he is not a PPV fighter. he should consider himself lucky that he is at least on HBO.
