~ESPN:Classics (today) 12/30 GET READY!!! cause they are going to be airing~

OK.... I was setting my TiVo on programs that I wanted to record as I started channel surfing I found the following info. Keep in mind this is ESPN:Classics and I live in the West Coast (Los Angeles, C.A.) to be exact sooooo check your local listings for times as the time I'm listing is ONLY for people on this side of the coast.


Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m - Mike Tyson fights. I will asume they will show some of his early fights for 1 full hour.
10:00 to 10:30 - Lewis vs. Rahman II (WBC, IBF & IBO Heavyweight)
10:30 to 11:30 - Whitaker vs. Jose L. Ramirez I (WBC Lightweight)
11:30 to 12:30 - Whitaker vs. Nelson (WBC, IBF Lightweight)
12:30 to 1:30 - Whitaker vs. McGirt II (WBC Welterweight)
1:30 to 2:30 - Holyfield vs. Bowe III
2:30 to 3:30 - Holyfield vs. Mercer
3:30 to 4:30 - Lewis vs. Mercer
4:30 to 5:00 - Lewis vs. Briggs (WBC Heavyweight)
5:00 to 5:30 - PBF vs. Gatti (WBC Light Welterweight)
5:30 to 7:00 - Ali vs. Fraizer III (WBC, WBA Heavyweight)
7:00 to 8:00 - Foreman vs. Holyfield (WBC, WBA & IBF Heavyweight)


Don't know about you guys, but I cleared all kinds of shit! my TiVo had to make space to record most of these fights. So get your DVD-recorders, VHS-recorders or whatever ready!!! cause the whole day Saturday!! is gonna be a WHOLE day of boxing!!!

If anybody whos in another coast and has ESPN:Classics and can check to see of they will be airing them as well, they could list the times.
I know theres a lot of Pernell fans here so heres a chance to see him in 3 fights if you havent seen them already and even if you have it's always a treat to see Pernell fight.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I probably wouldn't have noticed it otherwise.

I've been hoping for years that ESPN would start showing something other than old Tyson and Ali fights, nice to see them finally branch out.
