%95 of the time after you punch..( you can't remember to get them up in workouts you forget to put them up in a fight)...You still have not learned how to stand...your back foot is never planted always leaving you off balance...you lunge your shots half the time...Plant your feet while you punch..In the mirror I see your back foot leaving the ground at least twice..put in some head movement....The gym is where you learn to perfect your work not admire yourself

try keeping your hands in one spot. you don't have to drop your hands everytime you throw a jab. just snap the jab out there and bring it back. theres no need for your right hand to move everytime you throw a jab. if your gonna move something move your head.

No head movement + low guard + average speed = :jabbing: (you taking a pasting)

Step, step, telegraph jab. Step, step telegraph jab, right hand over the top. Repeat.

One paced circling in one direction, no head movement, stiff stance leading to quick exhaustion. Actually dropping your hands when you throw a punch.

I think you're fairly decent. (Don't know if you're ready to turn pro yet tho.) You're punches looked pretty good, twas your footwork that kinda sucked. A little more head movement wouldn't hurt either. ;) Keep workin' at it, though. :)
