I think Froch needs to have 3/4 fights this year and really get his skates on so this can only be a step in the right direction.

CC for this bro. I totally agree with what you saying. IMO he could have gone for the Euro title a bit early but im glad he is making his move. I really feel if he wins the next 3-4 he should be guarenteed a title shot. He has came along Carl and i dont want him to fall now. With Rob Mccracken by his side i feel the 168 devsion has a major threat coming there way. COME ON CARL WIN IT FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

I like the fact that he hasnt rushed straight into a world title fight, it gives the smaller belts more meaning when you see such good fighters still wanting to win them. Once hes added this to his other titles he'll definately make an impact on the world scene.

last i hear he had a fight coming up around early march?? nothing official on that though, all i hope is hes back home some time soon and i can catch the train back.
