Another Warren fighter goes for the WBO
Scotland's super-featherweight Alex Arthur has announced he will take on Russian Alexander Hrulev for the vacant WBO Intercontinental title on 10 March.
Arthur, 28, has won four out of four fights against Russian opposition and plans to dispose of Hrulev ahead of a potential title fight later this year.
Hrulev, also 28, has lost one of his 16 fights and has never been stopped.

so he fight good but not great fighters? He'll get stomped by the bigger names and become an also ran as well...

Yeh something like that. I'm very confident Carl Johanesson would knock Arthur out just like Michael Gomez did. Same old story with Warren fighters. He'l not put Arthur in with anyone he thinks will be a threat. To me it devalues the WBO belt. Wonder if Hatton wud have gone that route if Cotto wasn't champion???
