I love the way De La Hoya lets his hands go . So often fighters just put the emphasis on one shot during a combo but its like second nature to Oscar as the combinations flow beautifully .
Also Oscar doesnt carry his hands that high anymore . Against Sturm he was trying to fight like Mayweather . I hope he gets back to his old style in May. A prime Oscar to me is the one that beat Quartey

Howard got it wrong. That was not a standing 8 count. The fight was stopped because Sugar Ray Leonard laid the smack down on Floyd Mayweather Sr. I mean Floyd Mayweather Sr. took a brutal beating that night ;D
Mayweather moves better then that but Jeff looks like he had a very good jab. But that last flurry only two punches landed...Oscar looked great when Jeff was stationary and traded...but Floyd will be moving his feet a lot and it doesn't look like Oscar throws when his feet are moving
