Theres a gym in Mansfeild run by Jonn Ashton in the centre of town above an arcade tidy little gym everybody welcome.

....ive been working the speed bag in the garage and im getting pretty good at it-hitting it like a pro,it feels really good,and just skipping and heavy bag....how bout you bruno
