Soto's a pretty high level fighter to be fighting on Versus so it should be good.
Don't know anything about the other guy, Humberto Toledo, got a good record but fought a lot of sketchy opponents, a lot of 0-7 guys. If he's just solid at best Soto shouldn't have that many problems.
I'd really like to see Soto-Guzman, maybe on the undercard of Marquez-Vazquez, although that's probably asking too much.
Shold be a cracking great fight.... Though I ain't seen Toledo before I have read hes a straight forward fighter whos very confident....
I thought by now Soto would have made more noise, but I guess hes content with what hes doing...
Marquez vs. Vasquez is next week.....
Don't think the WBC allows their fighters to fight within a week. :)
But then again they do strip their fighters of belt and make them pat sanctioning fees over and over...... ;D
So who knows.....

I can't see it being anything but a good fight.
Only thing is sometimes Vazquez takes a while to really get going but it should be good.
I actually think Marquez might stop him late, even though he's coming up in weight. Just think he can carry the weight and he'll catch Vazquez with a lot of clean shots. But Vazquez winning wouldn't shock me.
