I havent seen the guy fight, but is he a possible threat in the heavyweight division? his last 2 wins came over solid competition (Guinn and Ibromivog). Maybe hes got something?

Timor is a very boring fighter who holds a lot and a lot of people got their first look at him against Timor and got a sour taste. But Timor made the Brock fight boring to and Brock isn't a boring fighter. I like Tony. Only seen him fight once against Guinn but...here's what I can tell you about him from that fight.
Tony's a southpaw, not much power but he has a very good jab and a quick left. Slaps a bit with the left of it's effective. Cagey type of defense, keeps distance well. Actually he reminds me a lot of Juan Carlos Gomez. Tactical southpaw who throws a fair bit of punches. Solid fighter really.
The win over Guinn was very impressive. Right out of the gate he dominated Guinn and Guinn never got anything going.
He will beat Timor easily.
Last time I saw the guy fight I though "I could beat his ass!"

mind you..I was drunk at the time...
