Golota is one of the biggest wastes of talent of the past 15-20 years. He had the skills to be a top heavyweight, but he has mental demons that he'll never overcome. The guy is absolutely petrified of failure (or maybe success too).
Unless McGirt has a psychiatry degree that I'm not aware of, his hiring isn't going to make any difference.

Golota is a damn good boxer with a wicked jab but he's not much in the slug fest.When he is in a slug fest it seems like he falls pray to the other mans fight plan.

Couldnt sum it up any better myself. Golota's mental issues kept him from doing it in his prime, no way he can do it now. As soon as someone easily gets inside that thick Polish head of his, he's as good as layin down for em...
