Question about Protein intake??
hey i am going to start taking protein shakes but was wondering when is the best time to take them, i was wondering would it be best tto take them after my workout ( just before i go to bed ) so it can work over night and repair my muscles or would it be best to take it beofre i go to my workout
and also would you put much weight on taking added protein,
i train 5 days a week
mon wed fri boxing
tues thurs running
train now n agen on sat

i take in a protien shake before and after workouts also i take in 1gram of protien for every pound of body wieght so im 150lb i take in about 30 grams of protien in 6 meals and i keep it pretty lean stay away from quick burning carbs before bed this will make u feel strong dont worry about gaining wieght if its solid muscle
