Anybody got any advice about child custudy laws in UK?
Dont think me and the misses will be together much longer and I think she is going to be difficult over giving me acces to our daughter.
I work 4 days on 4 off so I would be able for our daugher to stay with me when I am not working but she says she will not agree to this saying that she will only sleep in her house.
I dont want to get in a slaning match with her I just want what is fair for me and my child.
I dont want to spend a fortune paying legal bills if I can help it (but will if I have to) so has anyone got any advice or experience in this area.

Sorry to hear about that mate, didnt you mention this before?
From a financial point of view you might want to go the route of mediation. Mediation is still means tested like the time of a solicitor but it might prove quicker than the legal system and work out a solution that suits you both.
Dont be fooled into thinking that you have to do as she says, that isnt true. You've every right that she does (your married right?)
It might pay to get yourslef to a solicitor sooner rather than later. It pays to be clued up on thse things it really does. Lots of them do a half an hour for free so take advantage of it.
Hope it works out for you mate.

Sorry to hear of your situation Porky. :-\
To be honest mate, as long as your money situation is okay, your current relation with your kids is as it should be and your seen as a clean and upstanding person in the eye of the law you really should be fine.
With that said though, seek legal advice anyway. If wifeys making it difficult, its better to be prepared.
Is it naive of me to suggest sorting out your relationship? Sincerest appologies if it is.
