workout music
music is really important to me when i workout. not like when i spar or something, but let's say i wanna jump rope for half an hour, energetic music keeps me pump some more adrenaline.
btw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBy4uNPyL9U is my favorite workout song. it's called "Boom", performed by the bloodhound gang.

Re: workout music
Work out music hum .. I prefer Soul Music . Something funky with a good beat, you can get into a nice rhythm that way . Every now and then I will put some rap on when I‘m in the Gym , I try for the “Censored Versions “ of CD’s .. I am not big on all that foul language blaring across the gym speaker system , when you got families in there and all. Its just flat out embarrassing. Terror Squad “ Pass the Glock” has a great beat to it. Easy to get your rhythm and your combinations flowing off that track. ! O0

Lethal B - Kickback, Pow, Mind your Head, Fuck you
For Americans, don't neglect English hip hop, I know its alot faster and requires more skill but I think its great to work out to especially G's like Lethal B, Kano, Dizzee rascal, Taper, Anim8ed, Taz, Jammer and local gang music LOL...serious its siiicckk!

Re: workout music
You need some good metal to work out to imo, Anything by Lamb Of God, Chimaira or Pantera gets my adrenaline pumping!!
-
Re: workout music
oh i dunno, sometimes it's ok i guess, but i get tired of metal after a few songs. too agressive for such a gentle flower like me :)
-
Re: workout music
I usually have a hard time working out unless i have some hardcore metal blaring in my ears. My favorite is Killswitch Engage- My Last Serenade.
-
Re: workout music
also, if someone likes some electronic music, i recommend Kraftwerk's Minimum-Maximum album
