another question whats good exercise for leg training
right been practicing for ages finally going to boxing gym soon my staminas fine been practicing defence aswell but my only problem is that when im practicing footwork my legs burn quite easily and they feel like jelly anyone know any good exercise to make your legs stronger

Jumprope training is a must, since there's so much you can do with it. You can hop on one leg, you can jump high, mix up the pace and move around.
One great exercise that I found dramatically improves endurance in the legs is "step-ups". Simply put you have a chair or w/e and step up on it alternating your legs. You'll get winded fast at first, you can even incorporate weights if you want to work on improving strength. It works both sides of your leg.
Going to the old school, tried and true exercises I can think of a few good ones. The lunge, which can be done with or without weights, and the duck walk which is like the lunge with the exception that a knee touches the ground.
Roadwork is good, try finding a place near you where there's plenty of hills, there for your legs will have to work much harder, you can even run backwards up a hill to increase the strength of the hamstrings in your legs. This sort of roadwork was a favorite of Rocky Marciano, whom kept up a blistering pace in his fights.
Also don't neglect your abs either or your hip flexors. You can do a variety or situp and leg raising exercises to work both muscle groups.
