Ibragimov vs Mora is it being shown and who do you think'll win?

I can't find the fight anywhere does anyone have any idea what channel its on and whats your thoughts?

Despite the valiant efforts of Sal, the fight is not being shown. Although it would have made a good FNF card if it took place yestarday as Peter Quillin, Edgar Santana and Roman Greenberg were all on the undercard.

As for the fight, it shouldn't be close. Mora just isn't that good. He's slow, plodding and only throws one punch at a time. He does have a good left hook that he caught an old out of shape Kirk Johnson with but thats about it. I predicted Sultan KO 8. I should have made it earlier. I doubt this goes past 5.

Thats a shame, there's a couple of quite interesting heavies there fighting and I don't care what anyone says, Javier Mora is a really good fighter and capable of the upset.

I really don't think so. He was getting hit at will by Kirk Johnson and yeah he came back but still, coming back from a Johnson punch is a lot easier then coming back from Sultan's shots. Even though I don't put to much in Sultan's stock.

That was a long time ago, the kid is only 25 which is really young for a heavyweight, I think he has a lot of potential and I think he could do well against a smaller heavyweight like Sultan. Shame we can't see it now cos its probably happening this very second

its sickening that the fight will be taking place right at MSG and i will not be able to see it


i believe that (after hearing lampley call him timor twice and not getting corrected over the earpiece) HBO may think he IS timor, and they may be thinking (based on the brock timor fight) that it would not be an exciting fight



i was thinking maybe it would be webcast on whatever site it was that had a webcast a few months ago with bob sheridan, but thats probably unlikley

its not listed on the digital cable schedule...

but i guess they may have not changed it yet if they decided to air it, because the HBO latino schedule for the 10PM replay of the big vladdy fight still said sultan - briggs


so far whats listed is

11-12 - rangers in 60
12-1230 - msg ny
1230-1 - msg ny
1-3 - knicks in 60
