Richard Slone Paintings...

Anyone ever heard of this guy or a fan? I remember his JLC - Chico painting which I REALLY liked and now while searching Freitas and Barrios pics I ran into his site. He really has some tremendous boxing paintings and I dig his style. I'm not artsy myself but he captures something in his paintings that really makes them a site to see imo. He made the Hopkins - Taylor fight look exciting :D

Yeah that was wierd. It said it was an homage to Picasso but I didn't particulary like it. But once I get rich ( 8) ) I wouldn't mind buying some of that. Wonder how much those pieces went for?

He does the induction covers for the IBHOF. I met him at the induction weekend several years ago and bought a nice picture of Lennox Lewis that Slone had done. He does good work.
