I cant believe the frigate was so far away from the boarded vessel whislt the boarding was going on? They know that these waters boundries have caused confusion in the past. HMS cornwall should have been close by to offer support should anything have gone wrong. I am damned F****** sure the iranians wouldnt have pulled a trick like this had the cornwall been 200 metres away. When i was boarding party in the Navy the ship was never more than 200 metres away.

Also why wasn't the F****** helo offering come form of protection?

They are now saying that if we stop relations with Iran then the female hostage will not be released. They are also saying they did not agree to release her in the first place.

Clearly game playing. Its getting ridiculous and needs to be sorted before we end up in a situation like the Americans did in 1979 when those people were held for 400 odd days as pres carter tried the diplomatic route. Only when Regan came into office and stated that if the hostages were not released within a certain timeframe then Iran would be turned into a carpark. All of a sudden the hostages were released.

Its shit makes me angry but then again as far as killing 250 000 innocent civilians and starving an ancient culture in the name of freedom and peace goes id say that makes me angry .

The whole conflict should never have happened its Iran playing silly buggers on the world stage they are not being tortured its just Irans way of forcing some kind of dialouge any dialouge with the UN and the US .

They will be free in a week and we can go back to worrying about Pop Idols and last nights episode of Corrie and the Prisoners will have something to tell their children and bore their granchildren with .

There will more than likely be a show trial and convictions but no harm should come of the sailors.....else Iran will be fucked up.
