Who is Abraham fighting? And even if he is fighting, he could pull out. For the middleweight championship of the world he could.
And Mora doesn't want to fight in Memphis, boo hoo. So Taylor got a close decision, that is a deterrent to not fight for the title? Or is it because he knows he had no chance in hell of beating Taylor and could continue to milk money from this Contender show without facing anybody of real note?
He's smart, but I don't buy the Memphis BS for a second. He could have 3 of his closest friends judging the fight and he would still lose. This is the guy who got beat by Manfredo. He's only just turned 26 with 19 fights. He needs more time to have any sort of shot against Taylor and he knows it.
I just think if he needs more experience first he should have just said it. Making dumb excuses makes him look scarred, being realistic and truthful makes him look smart. He should be fighting more if he wants more experience. Hes in his prime and far too inactive....and your right Taylor hasnt defended his title agaisnt a real middleweight without contoversy, hell the much smaller Ouma didnt even make him look that good. I think a Duddy or Pavlik fight would be an good win for him but they arent ready themselvesQuote:
