Green to face Siaca!

Former WBC super middleweight interim champion Danny Green (23-3) will clash with former WBA super middleweight champion Manny Siaca (20-6) in Perth, Western Australia on May 30. "Siaca is a dangerous fighter and I will be have to be at my best to defeat him," said Green. "He beat Anthony Mundine on his home turf to win the WBA world title and has met the best super middleweights and light heavyweights in the world including Mikkel Kessler and Silvio Branco." Green looked sensational in his last ring appearance when he scored a second round stoppage of former world title challenger Paul Murdoch in January 2007. He is trained by Cuban Ismael Salas. Siaca defeated Anthony Mundine in 2004 to capture the WBA 168 pound title and lost it to Mikkel Kessler by KO8 in 2004. In his last start he was outpointed over twelve rounds by Silivio Branco in a WBA light heavyweight challenge in July 2006. Siaca is trained by hs father Manny Siaca Sr.

Danny will knock him out in 2-3 rounds. Light Heavy is the best weight for Danny. Siacas style suits Danny down to the ground. I would love to see Danny against Dawson or even that Adamek.
