That was a pretty funny article. I'm wondering if that guy studied Danny G for some time and then wrote the article. You'll see what I mean when you read it.

I might have said all these bad things about Floyd but I can not deny his master plan.Quote:

He achieved it.
From 130 to 154 bobbing, weaving, shoulder rolling and ducking his way to Oscar.
How many other 130 pounders can say the same thing?
Who has played the best game of human chess?
Kudos to him and all of his people for seeing the big picture.
I still don't buy all this better than Ray stuff but I think he is not done.
I would like to see him come to the Welter Weight Division and take on a few people before he retires. If he does, he will get the respect of the people.
I don't know what else to say but the plan was 100% genious.
Not only is he fighting Oscar, he is fighting on Oscars terms.
I would not be surprised if Oscar tells Floyd he can not drink water or rest on his stool in between rounds.
Wether he retires or continues fighting is none of my bee's wax. That is his business. Boxing is a business and with all the shady phukers in this sport, I don't blame Floyd for anything he has done or not done. In a business one has to be smart and make the right moves. It's all about the money in a sport where you have to be slick to get paid the big bucks.
I am not making a shrine or nothing nor will I be burning candles in his name but I will recognize him as a very smart business man and decent fighter who holds the p4p title for what ever reasons.
You gotta admit though Danny, that guy sounds like Danny G JrQuote:

Scoop is possibly the most incompetent sports writer there is. Honestly, I've read his stuff in Spin, his stuff on ESPN and The Ring, and I've never found myself agreeing with him. Not just that but he is so brash it's discusting. I've never been the biggest RJ fan but he HATED him with a burning passion and picked him to lose every fight then when RJ lost to Tarver, he trumped like he was right all along. Same thing with Tyson in the 80's.
It is funny, because it sounds like Danny G wrote the article ;D Completely unprofessional.
