Even though Tyson was shot i think Tyson vs Lewis might of been bigger.Quote:

I gotta agree, Lewis - Tyson is probably the only fight bigger in recent years.
Tyson-Lewis was definitely bigger in terms of media hype and interest from casual fans.
This promises to be a great fight. But talking in terms of excitement, my opinion is it will be no match to fights like Trinidad-Vargas or Morales-Barreras for example. This is because of the styles of the fighters. But, De La Hoya - Mayweather are great names, great boxers, and there will be great $$$$.
Tyson Lewis was bigger then...but we had more fans & Tyson was just nutty as a fruit cake & that drew in the casuals.
Oscar Mayweather is the biggest fight in terms of money, viewers, & what not.
It's going to be bigger than Tyson Lewis...fwock it sold out in 3 hours & you then have to take into effect the PPV gate.
I can't wait. I'm up close...so I should be able to get some gravey shots with the digi-cam unless they keep camera's out.
This has to be the biggest....Two great fighters going at it...they went on a multi city tour!...HBO will be airing mini training camp episodes!...The purse amount for non heavys...The fact that Floyd has been chasing DLH for years.
Will oscar allow floyd to potshot all night? Or will oscar crowd him.
Agree totally here, this is the biggest fight of the OO's. This is a 50/50 split as to who will win and the hype and money etc makes it the most anticipated showdown for years in any division.Quote:

don't they always do keep cams out? only cell phone cams allowed cause they can't tell, i say get you a pocket pc a mda cell phone maybe and you'll have solve your cam getting through issue.Quote:

i don't know about this being the biggest fight, goldenboy isn't suddenly back to prime goldenboy just because he pounded no defense mayorga.
this could be the biggest dissapoint not biggest fight.imo
take a guy that can sell great vs a guy everyone wants to see lose, yup thats the biggest fight, we miles as well watch wwe.
i'll call the a fight biggest fight if top p4p vs top p4p goes at it. or champions vs champions
now heres a few that are real big fights that really matter.
hopkins winky
joe.C kessler
pac jmm 2
I gurantee that none of those fights will have a multi-city tour(millions invested),HBO mini-series(millions invested),TWO of the biggest names in SPORTS(not just boxing),not to mention all of the drama between Oscar and Floyd.People wanna see Floyd lose because he is dominant.Quote:
