ever been a bigger box office than a heavyweight?
these are the three questions which have always made me think, i hope u can help me out here. :)
1) has there ever been a fighter who wasnt a heavyweight draw in bigger crowds than a heavyweight?
2) was ray robinson a household name when he was fighting.
3) why isnt a fighter like James Toney a household name, or is he? or a serious box office? with a guy that has achieved soo much and has the tools to go in the ring with anyone and beat em imo he is not recognised. very underrated fighter!
hope someone could help answer these questions for me. thanks ;)
Re: ever been a bigger box office than a heavyweight?
I dont think hes underrated at Heavyweight...he just doesnt have k.o. power at heavy. He was awesome at Middleweight, super middle, and even light heavy. I love his fighting style, but I dont know if he can beat a decent heavyweight with power.
