Liz Posener Making Her Mark in Mixed Martial Arts
Liz Posener, a Pankration and Muay Thai fighter from Vancouver B.C., has been busy turning some heads in the past few months.
The 31 year old wife and mother of two began training in Pankration and Muay Thai in 1998 - two years after her first pregnancy with her baby daughter. Initially, she viewed the sport as “fun” and a great way to get back into shape. At the time, little did she know, that she was entering the world of MMA.

Liz had participated in an MMA “Team Quest” mini camp. After three days of training with Randy Couture, Matt Lindland, Nate Quarry, and Robert Follis, she stated “I learned enough in the first 15 minutes to get my moneys worth.” Two months after the camp, she was fighting in her first MMA match.
Training under her husband Simon, she has achieved an MMA record of 4-2-1, and has fought in previous events such as Elite Fighting Championships, Real Cage Fighting Championships, and Unified Cage Fights.
She’s already obtained a handful of supporting sponsors including SubmitGear.com, Nogi.com, and Bushido.ca and is currently featured on the cover of 2 MMA magazine’s; “NW FightScene” and “FightZone”. Full Contact Magazine has also written a 2-page article on her and her accomplishments.

Nice attitude? Dude, You've posted on here two different times with the only purpose to promote two no name fighters...If you were a regular posting member of this forum, then its members might me interested in your fighters, but you are just using the forum for some shameless plugs and we could care less

Re: Liz Posener Making Her Mark in Mixed Martial Arts

Re: Liz Posener Making Her Mark in Mixed Martial Arts
I dont know I how this has missed me for so long, but who is the MMA mod
Re: Liz Posener Making Her Mark in Mixed Martial Arts
Some people call it MMA news, maybe you've heard of it? All fighters were no-names at one point. So because it's not about Chuck or Randy you don't want to hear it? I have a simple solution - don't read it. Most forums (such as Lockflow.com - oh sorry, was that a shameless plug too?) respond positively to the posts.
You think because of a couple of disgruntled mma nerds don't like to read them, that I'm going to stop promoting my fighters? Unfortunately between working a full time job, being a father, and running this company, I don't have the luxury of chatting in the forums on a leisurely basis. Maybe you do, but unfortunatly I don't.
If the mod feels like I'm breaking rules, then I'll never post up here again. Send your "requests" to the mod if you like. Until I'm told otherwise, I'm going to keep posting my fighters articles, and you can keep on NOT reading them :)

Damn son, MMA nerds are the reason you get to promote anything MMA. Looks like you should do some research.

I don't care what your life entails. Hopefully you're better at the latter jobs than you are as a promoter.
